   ACQUITY UPLC HSS C18柱是超高效通用性C18色譜柱,用于提供對堿性分析物的優(yōu)異峰形、提高保留(相對于ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18),以及在低pH條件下的極長柱壽命。HSS C18柱所表現(xiàn)出的選擇性與保留性與大多數(shù)現(xiàn)代全封端的硅膠C18色譜柱色譜行為較為相近。
